Common questions

How do I sign in? Use Sign in with Apple, Google, or create a DesignCo account with your email and a password.

I forgot my email password. Contact us and the salon team will help you regain access.

How do I reschedule or cancel? Open Appointments, tap your visit and choose Reschedule or Cancel.

How do I join the Beauty Club? Open Profile → Beauty Club and request to join. Membership is confirmed by the salon.

How do product payments work? Orders are paid with Venmo. Your order is confirmed once the salon has received your payment.

How do I delete my account? Open Profile → Delete account. Your account and personal data are removed right away.
